Easy Floating Floor Installations

The word floating floor only developed a few centuries ago. Nowadays more and more American people choose floating floor because of its easy installation. America is the place where floating floor originated. Of course, American people make it more and more popular. In other words floating floors means laminated floors. You don’t need to hold planks by driving nails into it but hold it by sticking the planks with one another in floating floor installations.
Why people choose floating floor? Mainly because the installation is simple. If you can make the entire material ready, you can do it yourself. However, if you want a professional touch, you should hire a good carpenter to do this job.
But when we decide to do it by ourselves, something we must to remember:
1.  Tools required for the floating floor installations are foams, wood blade, glue, duct tape, planks etc.
2.  Thoroughly clean the floor and level the surface before installing the floating floor
3.  The surface of the floor should be leveled?Fill in the holes and gaps before laying down the planks.
4.  Measure the total area of the floor that is to be covered by planks.
5.  Decide the shapes and sizes of the planks.
6.  Placing the planks in parallels to each other.
7.  Stick them with each other with glue, after lacing each plank on the floor.
8.  Don’t placing anything on the floor before the glue is completely dry.
The installation is simple. But if the floor is not installed properly, the floor will be shaky and uneven. So we must do it carefully, make sure every step is ok. Then we can reduce the repairing.
